Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll.
- Managing vendor communications, including handling inbound calls for a compact office.
- Monitoring project progress and tracking profit and loss statements.
- Managing accounts receivable.
- Managing accounts payable.
- Handling general office bills and expenses.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of four years of accounting experience within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks software.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing.
- Experience in book balancing and budget management.
- Solid background in accounts receivable procedures.
- Solid background in accounts payable procedures.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
