Position: Appointment Confirmation Specialists Required for Construction Firm
Location: Valley Village, California
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold and warm calls, and follow up on internet-generated leads for construction services.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with potential clients.
- Verify scheduled appointments and re-engage with previous leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of six months of experience in appointment confirmation or telemarketing within the construction industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Proficient with computer systems and software.
- Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities.
