A payroll processing company is looking to hire a payroll specialist for a full-time or part-time position. This role involves handling customer service, setting up new client accounts, and other related duties. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong typing abilities along with a solid grasp of basic mathematics and proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written. Familiarity with current computer technology is essential, and at least three years of prior experience in the payroll field is required. Training will be provided on the company\'s specialized software systems. Responsibilities will include direct interaction with clients via email and phone, as well as coordination with other internal departments. Previous technical experience with other payroll platforms, time and attendance systems, or similar tools is considered an advantage. The work schedule will consist of six to eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
