An exceptionally busy professional family with two young children is looking for a dependable, well-organized, and honest personal assistant to help maintain a smoothly run household.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules and calendars.
- Handling grocery shopping and errands, such as donations to Goodwill.
- Placing online orders and processing returns.
- Overseeing household supplies.
- Booking appointments.
- Completing basic organizational tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be approachable, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator.
- Demonstrate a high degree of organization and reliability.
- Be comfortable with technology, including Google Calendar and online shopping platforms.
- Truly enjoy providing helpful and supportive assistance.
- Possess a personal, reliable vehicle for completing errands.
Position details:
- Approximately 8 hours per week, with an expected increase within the first year.
- Combination of remote work and in-person tasks.
- Compensation dependent on experience.
- Start date as soon as possible.
