An exceptionally busy professional family with two young children is looking for a dependable, well-organized, and honest personal assistant to help maintain a smoothly run household.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules and calendars.
  • Handling grocery shopping and errands, such as donations to Goodwill.
  • Placing online orders and processing returns.
  • Overseeing household supplies.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Completing basic organizational tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be approachable, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of organization and reliability.
  • Be comfortable with technology, including Google Calendar and online shopping platforms.
  • Truly enjoy providing helpful and supportive assistance.
  • Possess a personal, reliable vehicle for completing errands.

Position details:

  • Approximately 8 hours per week, with an expected increase within the first year.
  • Combination of remote work and in-person tasks.
  • Compensation dependent on experience.
