This role is ideal for an innate troubleshooter who has prior background in dispatch or coordination, particularly within the HVAC or residential service sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing technician timetables, route planning, and daily job allocations
• Monitoring customer calls, service orders, and necessary follow-ups utilizing ServiceTitan CRM or comparable platforms
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and field personnel
• Guaranteeing that every inquiry is addressed promptly and attentively
• Aiding the administrative team with scheduling, coordination, and everyday operational tasks
