Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, production-focused, and passionate about organization and client satisfaction. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients, trade contractors, and team members, and consistently deliver projects on time and within budget. Working closely with design and construction teams, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assemble scopes of work, lead value-engineering efforts, and develop estimates and proposals.
  • Procure materials, vendors, and subcontractors as needed for each project. Identify decision-making gaps and present solutions and recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and change orders.
  • Maintain, drive, and track project schedules.
  • Provide quality control and technical input when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for project improvement through alternative products and vendor sources.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with project partners.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company construction standards.
  • Schedule and supervise employees, trade contractors, and material deliveries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction project management experience with direct oversight of production.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plan sets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction codes, sequencing, and industry best practices.
  • Capable of gathering information, preparing reports, and communicating clearly.
  • Experience with complex, high-end residential projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including scheduling with MS Project.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year and depends on qualifications. Placement within this range considers education, experience, project complexity, and internal equity.
