Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience specifically in bar management; general restaurant experience does not meet this criterion.
- Must be a local resident living within a two-mile radius of the establishment. This is non-negotiable.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation.
- Must have a clear legal record.
- Non-smoker.
- Must be an organized and disciplined individual.
- Must be capable of seriously managing a team of 28 employees.
- Proficiency in working with Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
- Must possess common sense and the ability to exercise fair judgment.
- Knowledge of bartending skills will be given priority consideration.
