We are currently seeking Full-Time Delivery Drivers with a starting wage of $23 per hour. Positions offer up to 40 hours per week, with potential for up to 50 hours during certain weeks in the Christmas period. Availability on Sundays is required. Part-Time applicants are also welcome to apply.

Interviews are held at our Burbank station from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Weekend interview scheduling is available if necessary.

Our station is situated adjacent to the Bob Hope Burbank Airport.

Standard shifts range from 8 to 10 hours, varying by day and individual experience. Our operation runs all seven days of the week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and deliver packages within designated timeframes
• Operate company vehicles safely and perform mandated safety inspections; adhere to all local, state, and company driving regulations and policies
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain satisfaction, even under demanding circumstances
• Maintain performance in a physically strenuous role; work in all weather conditions; lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds; enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times daily at various locations
• Communicate efficiently with the support team to ensure superior customer service and successful delivery completion
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and administrative tasks such as clocking in and out, as well as for communication with supervisors and colleagues
• Load and unload packages into and from the delivery vehicle
• Assist team members as needed, including responding to rescue calls to help others complete their routes

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid California driver\'s license held for at least one year (physical card must be presented)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a background investigation
• Clearance of a 4-Panel Drug Screening (excluding cannabis)
• Clean motor vehicle record (multiple violations may result in disqualification)
• Proficient English skills in speaking, reading, and writing
