Hello. I am a busy entrepreneur, pastor, comedian, and content creator based in Park La Brea. My brand is experiencing rapid growth, encompassing podcast ventures, public relations outreach, YouTube content creation, book writing, and a developing television project. I am seeking a flexible and detail-oriented assistant to work directly with me and support my daily operations.

This position may occasionally involve appearing on camera for social media content, YouTube videos, and the upcoming television program. Therefore, you must be comfortable with periodic on-camera appearances as required.

You must possess a flexible schedule, as start times may vary from 8 a.m. on some days to 5 p.m. on others. Reliable transportation is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Podcast and Public Relations Outreach
  • Contacting podcast hosts, influencers, and media outlets via email.
  • Following up with leads and managing correspondence.
  • Tracking outreach efforts and scheduling interviews.
  • Researching new public relations opportunities.
  • Sending and drafting messages using provided templates.
• Book Writing (Scribe-Style Assistance)
  • Listening and typing dictated content.
  • Transcribing voice memos into clear written text.
  • Organizing written notes into structured sections for the book.
  • Please note: This role involves transcription only, not editing or formatting.
• Creative and Administrative Duties
  • Posting provided descriptions, links, and content.
  • Creating simple thumbnails or graphics using existing templates.
  • Assisting with preparation of the filming space.
  • Running light errands such as mailing packages, picking up items, and quick store visits.
  • Aiding with personal organization and scheduling.
  • Making occasional on-camera appearances for social media content or filming days.
