Job Description:

In the role of a budtender, you will assist customers in navigating our product selection, respond to inquiries, offer suggestions, and guarantee each visitor leaves with a knowledgeable and satisfying visit. This position requires adherence to compliance standards, following established procedures, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cannabis varieties, products, and usage techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and help customers with a courteous and professional attitude
• Educate customers on products and suggest options aligned with their preferences
• Handle transactions precisely and ensure point-of-sale data is correct
• Abide by all state cannabis laws and internal dispensary guidelines
• Keep the work area tidy and orderly
• Restock items and manage inventory organization

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess valid identification
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Capacity to remain composed and constructive in a busy customer-facing setting
• Dependable, on-time, and collaborative
• Available to work on weekends and holidays
