Customer Service and Data Entry Position – Trucking Permits Division (Commerce, California)

Rapid Document Services, Inc. (RDSI), a long-standing provider of documentation and compliance services for the trucking industry, is currently hiring a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join our staff.

Primary Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person visits concerning trucking permits, MCP, USDOT, IRP, and related regulatory filings.
• Execute precise data entry tasks and manage client information within our records system.
• Provide support with necessary paperwork and track outstanding items to ensure completion.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and company personnel.
• Meet all deadlines consistently with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Demonstrated competence in data entry and strong organizational abilities.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior experience with trucking or DMV permitting procedures is ESSENTIAL; training will be provided.

Employment Details:

• Compensation will be determined according to the applicant\'s experience level.
• This is a full-time role, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
• Opportunities for advancement are available after 90 days, contingent upon performance and dependability.
