OBJECTIVE: In the role of Customer Service Support Specialist, your primary duty will be to deliver exceptional assistance to both our clients and the internal customer service team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivering support to the customer service team through phone and email correspondence.
  • Addressing and answering customer queries.
  • Handling and settling customer complaints.
  • Compiling documents and generating reports.
  • Updating and maintaining the customer database.
  • Enhancing overall customer satisfaction levels.
  • Guaranteeing that suitable measures are implemented to address customer issues or concerns.
  • Managing customer accounts and documenting all interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Applying knowledge of products, services, or other designated areas of expertise to respond to inquiries or to direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Completing other assigned duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • A service-focused attitude with the capability to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Background in the furniture industry.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Standard office setting.
  • Must be able to work primarily in a seated position, with occasional need to walk and use stairs between the first and second floors.
