Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with IDD in both community and classroom environments.
• Offer assistance with personal care, mobility, and safety requirements as necessary.
• Foster the development of life skills, independence, and social interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to individualized support plans.
• Engage in initial and ongoing professional training sessions.

Available Schedules

• Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Part-Time: Availability required Monday through Friday for either the 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM shift or the 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM shift. Schedule variations are not available.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid California driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation, which includes fingerprinting.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and remain standing for prolonged periods.
• CPR and First Aid certification is beneficial; paid training is provided.

Prior experience is not mandatory. We offer comprehensive paid on-the-job training and seek individuals who are empathetic, possess strong communication skills, and have a genuine desire to learn.
