Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Competency with software applications such as Microsoft Office, Planswift, Blue Beam, or similar estimating programs.
• Ability to read construction drawings, conduct takeoffs, and experience in estimating.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A deep sense of customer understanding and care.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a rapid setting. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the capacity to work autonomously.
• Skill in meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
