Primary Responsibilities for Our Superintendents:
- Develop detailed work scopes for projects.
- Source and procure all necessary materials, vendors, and subcontractors for assigned projects.
- Oversee and manage project change orders effectively.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to update and uphold project timelines.
- Offer quality assurance and provide technical guidance when required.
- Identify potential improvements for projects through different products or supplier options.
- Guarantee client contentment and nurture positive relationships with all project collaborators.
- Perform routine site inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to company building protocols.
- Coordinate the scheduling and supervision of company employees, trade contractors, and material deliveries.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Competency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Technical knowledge of residential building codes, construction sequencing, and industry best practices.
- Strong information-gathering and communication skills.
- Background working on intricate and luxury home projects.
- Proven track record and dedication to superior craftsmanship and client service.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite.

The salary for this position is contingent upon the candidate\'s credentials. Final placement within the pay band will consider factors such as educational background, specific qualifications, complexity of relevant projects, and professional experience. Our company upholds pay equity principles and evaluates the internal compensation structure for existing team members as part of the final offer. Please note that the stated pay range may differ based on geographic location.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
