We are in search of a leader equipped with the expertise, background, and interpersonal abilities needed to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals. The perfect applicant is meticulous, productive, confident, and capable of working independently. This role mandates a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts for multiple companies
- Prepare bank account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Complete special projects as directed
- Process payroll using an external payroll service
- Generate and distribute all required tax filings, including W-2s, W-3s, 1099s, quarterly Form 941s, Sales Tax, and other pertinent business tax returns
Requirements:
- Must possess experience with sales tax, business tax, and Form 571-L filings
- Demonstrated financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in working with information technology, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Proven leadership capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and communicative, as others will depend on the precision of your data for critical decision-making
