We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Tax Return Entry Specialist to work in our office. This position will be active during the tax filing period from January through April, with training available to start right away.

Qualifications

The perfect fit for this role will have previous hands-on experience with UltraTax, the professional tax software from Thomson Reuters. Candidates must be proficient with personal computers. While a formal tax license is not necessary, we place a high value on precision, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.

This position requires frequent interaction with a diverse clientele. Therefore, we seek an individual who is approachable, patient, and supportive, possessing outstanding communication abilities.

Position Details

• This is an on-site role, not a remote opportunity.
• The office is situated in the Belmont Shore area.
• Our office operates seven days a week.
• Candidates must have flexible availability for both daytime and evening shifts.
• This is a W-2 employment position.
• The pay rate is $35 per hour.
• A commitment for the entire tax season is required.
