Compensation

The base pay rate is $18.75 per hour. A shift differential of an additional $2.00 per hour will be applied to all hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Available Schedules (Night Shift Only)

• Five Positions: Thursday through Monday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• One Position: Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

About the Role

This role is based at our City of Industry facility, which handles large parcel furniture products. This is a general labor position that does not involve operating forklifts or other powered equipment. Associates will transport products using team lifts, hand trucks, dollies, and manual pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading furniture orders.
• Manually moving and staging large, heavy items.
• Repeatedly lifting over 75 lbs independently and moving over 150 lbs with or without assistance.
• Inspecting products for damage and performing light assembly tasks.
• Repackaging and blanket-wrapping items as necessary.
• Remaining physically active for the duration of the shift.
• Performing other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to repeatedly lift over 75 lbs and move over 150 lbs with or without team assistance.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a labor or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous.
• Must be able to read and speak English for safety and communication purposes.
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work.

Onboarding Process

1. A background check is required.
2. A drug test is required.
3. A mandatory facility tour is required to ensure candidates understand the physical demands of the role and can meet the team before a job offer is made.
