Part-Time Maintenance Technician Position Available (Los Angeles)
City Park Apartments is currently seeking a skilled and experienced part-time maintenance technician or handyperson. This role involves performing general repairs and ensuring the ongoing upkeep of our apartment complex.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours. The starting pay rate is $18 per hour or more, with a guaranteed minimum wage. Primary responsibilities will include plumbing repairs, painting tasks, and various general maintenance duties.
