Resident Manager for an Apartment Building (Van Nuys)

About This Job

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of resident manager for a 45-unit apartment complex located in the Valley. This position provides compensation in the form of a one-bedroom apartment at a 50% discount from the market rental rate. The building is relatively new and features amenities including a gym and a swimming pool.

In addition to the housing benefit, we offer a salary equivalent to an average of four hours per day for a five-day work week. The compensation package also includes one week of paid vacation, a cell phone allowance, and an automobile and fuel allowance.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in using apartment management software. Required experience includes renting vacant units, collecting and depositing rental payments, addressing tenant inquiries and maintenance concerns by coordinating with the maintenance department, and serving official notices.
