We are looking for an individual to fill the role of Real Estate Assistant in the Los Feliz area. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of documented professional experience in the real estate sector that aligns with our specific needs.
Technical Proficiency
Please detail the software applications you use routinely in your work. Are you familiar with programs such as Photoshop, AppFolio, or QuickBooks? We request a list of the applications with which you are proficient.
Marketing and Social Media Experience
Do you have any background in placing advertisements on social media platforms? If so, please share examples of social media content you have created for personal promotion. Additionally, we are interested in any experience you may have in marketing, photography, or creating promotional brochures.
Property Presentation
Have you previously been responsible for showing properties to clients or for conducting weekend open house events?
Location and Logistics Requirements
- Your place of residence must be within a 20-minute commute of the Los Feliz area (90027).
- You must hold a valid California driver\'s license and maintain current automobile insurance.
- You must have access to a presentable personal vehicle.
- You must be a citizen of the United States.
Compensation
The starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour, with potential for increase based on performance and growth.
