An established condominium association located in the Westwood area is seeking an Experienced Onsite Condominium Property Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of direct community association (HOA) experience. A strong preference will be given to applicants with at least five years of prior experience specifically in condominium property management, particularly those familiar with condominium certificates.

Position Overview

This full-time, onsite role with benefits is available at a distinguished high-rise condominium situated on the prestigious Wilshire corridor, comprising over 100 units. The selected Certified Property Manager will act as an agent representing the HOA\'s Board of Directors.

The Manager\'s primary duty is to assist the Board in the overall management, operation, and administration of the Association. This includes being available for consultations with the Board and its representatives at reasonable times. The Manager is required to participate in all executive, general membership, and annual meetings of the Association.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day implementation of procedures and programs to ensure a well-maintained and efficiently managed property.
• Place strong emphasis on addressing the concerns and needs of the Association members in a positive and responsive manner.
• Oversee the team of on-site employees and external vendors.
• Provide daily supervision of operating procedures.

This role demands extensive business experience and sound judgment to plan and achieve objectives. A significant degree of creativity and independent latitude is expected in the position.
