We are looking for a committed and seasoned Apartment Manager to become part of our team in the San Fernando Valley. This role is perfect for a driven professional who excels within a residential property management setting and possesses at least five years of direct experience overseeing properties ranging from 30 to 80 units.
Position Details:
- Location: San Fernando Valley, CA
- Units: 30 to 80 (varies by specific property)
- Employment: Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are open
- Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Housing: An apartment is provided as part of the total compensation package
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining property cleanliness
- Supervising the day-to-day activities of the property
- Managing leasing processes and tenant communications
- Collecting rent and ensuring adherence to lease terms
- Organizing maintenance and repair work
- Overseeing vendor relationships
- Processing notices, coordinating inspections, and handling general administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience managing multi-family residential properties
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and local municipal codes
- Competency with computers for tasks including rent collection, reporting, and leasing software
- Bilingual skills are considered an advantage
