Beginner Property Manager (No Prior Experience Necessary – Comprehensive Training Provided)

We are a property management firm located in Los Angeles, responsible for more than 1,000 rental units spread across over 100 buildings. We are currently seeking individuals for the role of Entry-Level Property Manager to become part of our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various properties throughout the Los Angeles area.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and inspections of apartment complexes and individual units.
  • Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Interact directly with tenants and property owners.
  • Reach out to residents concerning overdue payments.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient management of your assigned properties.
  • Handle challenging yet necessary conversations with professionalism.
  • Perform assorted administrative duties.

  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
