Litigation Attorney – Medical Malpractice

Kelly, Trotter & Franzen is a legal practice focused on insurance defense and professional liability defense. The firm\'s broad professional capabilities encompass numerous associated areas of law, such as medical malpractice, commercial litigation, healthcare law, defense of legal malpractice claims, product liability, and matters involving managed care.

Ideal candidates will possess between two and six years of experience in civil defense litigation, with a preference for backgrounds in medical malpractice.

Candidates should have practical litigation experience and be ready to manage an active portfolio of cases. This responsibilities will include initiating and answering discovery, conducting and defending depositions, preparing and appearing for motions, and reporting to clients. We are looking for lawyers who demonstrate analytical thinking, a proactive approach, a strong work ethic, and superior capabilities in legal research and writing.

Submission of two writing samples is mandatory.
