About Our Firm:
Our law practice is dedicated to assisting clients through the legal and medical complexities that arise after an accident. We are currently looking to hire a bilingual Case Manager fluent in both English and Spanish to become part of our team. This position is well-suited for candidates possessing at least one year of relevant experience in personal injury claims. We also welcome applications from recent graduates of legal assistant or paralegal programs who demonstrate a strong desire to develop their skills and build a career in this area.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee personal injury cases from initial client contact through to final settlement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate medical appointments and track client recovery.
- Gather, review, and systematize medical documentation and related expenses.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records of case activities and critical dates.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in personal injury case management or claims is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Prior experience with legal case management software is advantageous.
- Recent completers of legal assistant or paralegal studies are strongly invited to apply.
