  • Superior telephone etiquette, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address client inquiries to help grow and maintain the business
  • Proficient with computers

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CASE MANAGER

  • Intake for new clients
  • Capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously
  • Communicating with clients and insurance providers
  • Arranging appointments with medical professionals
  • Initiating claims with insurance carriers
  • Requesting medical documentation
  • Answering telephone inquiries
  • Preparing correspondence and demand letters
  • Tracking deadlines and maintaining the calendar
  • Settling property damage and loss of use claims
  • Ongoing oversight of case progress, treatment status, and recommendations
  • Scanning postal mail
  • Serving documents via mail or email
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team
