We are currently seeking a temporary Quality Control Document Specialist. The position specifications are detailed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement necessary updates to documentation and manage the approval routing process.
  • Collaborate with QA compliance staff to accurately finalize documents.
  • Guarantee all documentation complies with formal specifications and mandated standards.
  • Maintain relevant databases and systems, including logs, forms, and records as needed.
  • Manage the filing, organization, and control of documents.
  • Arrange documentation within designated folders, binders, and other storage solutions.
  • Follow all written policies and procedures pertinent to assigned duties.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the QC Manager or the Director of Manufacturing Operations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • One to two years of experience in a QC/QA setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent computer literacy and typing abilities.
  • Strong mathematical skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged durations.
  • Capacity to sit and operate a computer for extended periods.

Compensation:

  • The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $21.00.
