Material Handler / Forklift Operator – Temporary to Permanent Position

Location: San Fernando, California

Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour | Full-Time Schedule - Temporary with Permanent Potential

We are pleased to be working with a prominent beverage producer (Monster Drink) based in San Fernando, which manufactures and distributes products across Southern California.

We are now looking for a dependable and safety-oriented Material Handler / Forklift Operator who is motivated to develop professionally within the company and support a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

Primary Duties

• Order Completion: Precisely select, package, and prepare materials for outgoing orders.
• Shipping and Receiving: Handle truck loading and unloading, inspect incoming deliveries, and ensure correct storage.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, uphold inventory precision, and document any variances.
• Equipment Use: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse machinery in a safe manner.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and order in work zones, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth material movement.

Qualifications

• VALID FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION (MANDATORY).
• Prior warehouse experience (familiarity with pallet jacks, shrink-wrapping, and RF scanners is beneficial).
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and working efficiently in a brisk setting.
• Reliable, timely, and committed to safety practices.
• Fundamental arithmetic and communication abilities for inventory and documentation duties.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Perks
