We are seeking motivated and meticulous individuals to become part of our team in manufacturing and installation roles. You will contribute to the production and installation of our custom acoustic panels and studio hardware, which are employed by audio engineers, music producers, and composers.

Workshop Responsibilities

  • Cutting components using tools such as utility knives, cordless drills, pneumatic staplers, and palm sanders.
  • Aiding in the final assembly process and transferring finished goods to inventory.
  • Handling the loading of raw materials and the unloading of completed products.

Installation Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading equipment at job sites.
  • Mounting and suspending acoustic panels.
  • Operating laser levels to ensure accurate positioning.
  • Carrying out meticulous, detail-focused installation tasks.
  • Working carefully in spaces containing high-value equipment.

You will be handling various materials including plywood, luan, pegboard, soundboard, fiberglass, wood glue, and spray adhesive.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Part-time position (3 to 4 days per week), with the possibility of evolving into a full-time role.
  • Training: Comprehensive training is provided and compensated at the minimum wage rate.
  • Pay: Begins at $18 per hour during the training period, advancing to $20 per hour upon showing proven competency. Further wage increases will correspond with your level of responsibility, dependability, and capacity to work autonomously.

Requirements

  • Previous woodworking experience is beneficial.

  • Be consistently punctual and prepared for work each day.
  • A personal connection to music is a favorable attribute.
  • A good sense of humor is highly valued.
