Our dynamic and expanding optical store in Koreatown is seeking a dependable, personable, and driven individual to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes satisfaction in assisting customers, acquiring new abilities, and contributing to a constructive workplace atmosphere.

Position: Optical Sales Associate / Front Desk / Optician Assistant

No prior experience is necessary. We are committed to training the selected candidate.

Primary Duties:

• Welcome customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Help customers choose frames and select lens options.
• Check in patients and manage incoming phone calls.
• Process orders for contact lenses and eyeglasses.
• Ensure the store remains clean and well-organized.
• Provide support to the optometrist and other optical staff.
• Learn fundamental optical skills, including pupillary distance measurement, lens terminology, and insurance basics.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Effective communication skills in English or Korean.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Punctual, accountable, and trustworthy.
• Eagerness to learn about optical services.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Helpful Additional Experience:

• Background in optical sales, optometry, or general retail.
• Familiarity with vision insurance plans such as VSP or EyeMed.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
• Store operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Hourly pay ranges from $17.87 to $29.75, based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities.
