Job Description

We are looking for a sales professional with intermediate to advanced experience, specifically within the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new clients, scheduling appointments, fostering business expansion, and cultivating lasting partnerships.

This role involves a reliable and driven individual who will conduct daily outbound calls to prospective customers. The primary objective is to schedule a minimum of three to four qualified appointments each week, with the goal of converting these meetings into security service contracts. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who excels at building relationships and is motivated by commission earnings and performance-based incentives.

Previous experience in the security sector is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional representative of the company to various industries, including but not limited to property management, entertainment, healthcare, construction, event coordination, retail, corporate entities, educational institutions, and logistics.
• Engage with key decision-makers to promote our services and contribute to the company\'s growth objectives.

Requirements

• Background in outside sales management and business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Superb verbal communication skills for telephone interactions.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in appointment scheduling and sales.
• Access to a dependable internet connection and a computer if working remotely.
• Must possess prior experience collaborating with security companies and a history of setting appointments.
