We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Representative to conduct cold and warm outreach and schedule appointments for a rapidly expanding construction firm based in Los Angeles.

This role is not suitable for beginners. We require a candidate who is already skilled in directing conversations, vetting potential homeowners, and successfully securing appointment bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Place outbound cold and warm calls.
  • Adhere to established calling scripts.
  • Schedule appointments using the GoHighLevel platform.
  • Update client notes and ensure the CRM system is maintained accurately.
  • Address client concerns and objections in a professional manner.
  • Work flexibly from both home and the office as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable telemarketing experience (at least 2 years).
  • Prior experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Dependable, well-organized, and capable of managing a high volume of calls.
  • Must be available to commence work promptly.
