Field Sales Representative Positions Available

Our growing team is looking for driven and client-oriented Field Sales Representatives. The perfect applicant will have a genuine enthusiasm for sales.

Schedule: This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday plus Sunday. Flexibility with hours is required.

Primary Duties:

• Prepare and present quotes to customers for construction services using our CRM system.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with subcontractors.
• Sell roofing and other home improvement projects to clients, securing closed deals.
• Manage customer phone calls and in-person meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be willing and able to undertake significant driving.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is necessary (roofing, landscaping, hardscaping, or general construction).
• Proven sales experience is required.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities are essential.
• Must be energetic and a quick problem-solver.
• Strong customer service skills are a must.
