This is a 1099 independent contractor commission sales role. You will be selling life insurance exclusively to individuals who have already contacted us seeking assistance. There is no cold calling.

  • Full-Time Commitment: Approximately 35-45 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $7,000 to $12,000 or more.
  • Part-Time Commitment: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $2,500 to $5,000 or more.

Our Story

A year and a half ago, I was a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor with over 20 years of experience. I worked extremely long days, sometimes seven days a week. I had no time for personal enjoyment, received only two weeks of paid vacation annually, and my value to management was solely based on my most recent loan closure. When interest rates spiked in 2022, I lost 65% of my income. My bonuses and overtime pay vanished, and my salary was reduced by $30,000 per year, yet my workload remained unchanged. I quickly realized this situation was unsustainable for my family, as I struggled to pay our bills. I began searching for a side job to generate extra income. Since I already worked long hours remotely in my primary job, I needed another remote opportunity. I discovered a job posting similar to this one on ZipRecruiter and was introduced to the insurance business. Frankly, I was skeptical; it sounded too good to be true.

However, I am a hard worker, I enjoy interacting with people, and the company seemed reputable. I reasoned that if I failed, my only loss would be the few hundred dollars required for licensing. I decided to try. I enrolled in the pre-licensing course, obtained my license, and immersed myself in learning a completely new industry and skill set. The effort was substantial, but it was immensely worthwhile. Everything I had been told about the industry proved true, and then some. I took a leap of faith and left my mortgage career just 30 days later, in my fifties, with no backup plan.

Today, just over a year and a half since I started, I have built a team of agents and recouped all my initial investment. I take time off to travel whenever I wish. I return from vacation to find deposits in my account, even when I was not actively working.

Most rewarding of all, my growing team and I have been able to train numerous new agents, teaching them what we have learned and helping them achieve their own success.
