Position Availability

We are presently seeking to fill positions for Morning, Swing, and Graveyard Shifts. Both Part-Time and Full-Time schedules are available. Specific shifts and workdays will be determined during the interview process.

Job Description

The primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and staff by conducting regular patrols and surveillance of the premises. The role involves contacting law enforcement or other appropriate personnel when necessary.

About the Role

• Comprehend and adhere to all duties outlined in the \"Post Order\" instructions.
• Respond swiftly and effectively during critical incidents.
• Possess strong skills in reading and composing detailed incident reports.
• Understand the appropriate timing and methods for enforcing client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor the assigned area, conduct surveillance, and report on all activities to help prevent loss or damage.
• This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, which may include navigating stairs, inclines, and uneven surfaces. The role involves frequent lifting or moving of objects up to 10 pounds and occasional handling of items up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
• A clean background check is required.
• Previous experience in security or military service is considered an advantage.
