IMMEDIATE OPEN POSITION:

Armed Protective Agent: Positions are available for 24/7 and 12/7 Commercial and Residential Estate Command Centers.

Work Location: Assignments are in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and the surrounding regions.

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (8 hours regular pay, 4 hours overtime) from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, four days per week.

• Prospective candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Brentwood or Beverly Hills, California, before submitting the online interest form.
• Applicants are required to possess current BSIS guard and firearms certifications to be considered for this role.
• Full flexibility is mandatory, including the ability to work 12-hour shifts any day from Monday through Sunday, covering both day and night schedules as needed.
• A comprehensive background check must be passed successfully.
• Overtime pay is applicable after the eighth consecutive hour worked.

COMPENSATION:

The rate is $25 per hour for regular time and $37.50 per hour for overtime. Based on a four-day work week, the annual equivalent earnings are $72,800.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be physically fit and in good overall medical and emotional health.
• Must be available to work overtime, night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English.
• Must demonstrate excellent analytical abilities.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to diplomatically manage conflict and adapt to changing situations.
• Must have outstanding organizational skills.
• Must exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to brief, defend, persuade, and instruct others on security protocols and policies.
• Must demonstrate high levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
• Must hold a current and valid California Class C driver\'s license.
• Must hold a current and valid California BSIS guard certification.
• Must hold a current and valid California BSIS firearms certification.
