- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.

- Bilingual ability is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing schedules.
- Training newly hired security personnel.
- Covering open shifts as needed.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with the guard team.
