About This Job
We are in search of a licensed B-class Contractor to act as our Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) within the state of California. This position is responsible for upholding the company\'s licensing obligations for ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- A currently active B-General Contractor license in good standing.
- Valid insurance and bonding.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active B-General Contractor license and share it with the company.
- Work alongside management to assess project quality, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
