JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary role of a Cell Phone Repair Technician involves diagnosing malfunctions in mobile devices, determining the root cause of issues, and subsequently restoring the equipment to proper working order through part replacements or software updates.

• Execute expert-level repairs on iPhones, Samsung phones, and various other Android devices.
• Diagnose faulty components and procure necessary replacement parts.
• Record part costs for accounting and record-keeping.
• Accurately enter data into the company\'s inventory management system.
• Ensure precise inventory tracking and maintain consistent attention to detail.
• Preserve a tidy and hazard-free work area while seeking to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to established quality benchmarks and comply with all company protocols and regulations.
• Perform thorough documentation of IT assets within the designated computer system.

All new employees will participate in WISE certification training, becoming WISE Certified Technicians—a credential acknowledged by Apple, Google, and the broader repair industry.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience with mobile device repair, either personal or professional, is required.
2. Must be capable of performing repairs including battery replacement, screen replacement, speaker replacement, charge port replacement (non-soldering), and other fundamental fixes.
3. Familiarity with repairing other electronic devices, such as gaming consoles, tablets, or laptops, is considered an advantage.
4. A genuine interest in technology, mobile devices, and computers.
5. Ability to successfully pass a standard background screening.
6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
