A well-established electrical contracting firm with four decades in the industry is seeking a residential electrician to become part of our crew. This role involves handling service calls, remodeling work, and various projects throughout the Los Angeles region. Our expertise lies in residential and light commercial electrical systems.

Primary Duties

• Diagnosing issues and performing repairs.
• Responding to service calls and executing remodeling projects, including commercial tenant improvements.
• Completing whole-home rewiring, installing lighting, dimmers, switches, and new circuits.
• Upgrading electrical panels, installing electric vehicle chargers, and setting up security lighting, among other tasks.
• Guaranteeing all work meets current electrical code standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Journeyman Electrician license or demonstrate a minimum of seven years of verifiable residential electrical experience.
• Possess strong communication skills and the aptitude to interact professionally with new clients consistently.
• Own a standard set of trade-specific tools.
• Capable of managing projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Must be willing to travel between job sites (a company vehicle is provided).
• Hold a valid California driver\'s license with an unblemished driving history.
• Requires thorough, in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight while still following directives.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
