Primary Responsibilities:

• Turn grimy pups into gleaming stars: Perform bathing, drying, nail trimming, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and coat detangling to a high standard.
• Act as a canine expert: Perform detailed evaluations of each dog\'s eyes, ears, nails, teeth, coat, and skin, suggesting additional services or products as needed.
• Master communicator: Clearly explain service costs and the benefits of add-on options, ensuring pet owners are fully informed.
• Organize and prioritize: Schedule and manage canine clients based on their specific requirements, providing priority attention to those with additional grooming appointments.
• Maintain a spotless workspace: Keep the bathing area impeccably clean through sanitizing and vacuuming, ensuring a secure and inviting space.
• Offer a warm welcome: Greet each dog and owner by name, provide an estimated pickup time, and exemplify our GOT HEART customer service approach.
• Attend to details: Ensure all kennel cards are accurately completed with special instructions, health notes, or specific client requests.
• Promote hydration and comfort: Keep dogs properly hydrated and ensure regular walks, while monitoring for any signs of stress.
• Uphold safety standards: Respond quickly to any injuries involving staff or dogs, guaranteeing a secure salon experience for all.
