Seeking an individual with extensive, long-term experience in the construction field. Applicants who are still in a learning phase or serving as apprentices are requested not to respond to this advertisement. The ideal candidate must be prepared to travel using their own vehicle and possess their own set of tools. Our work encompasses whole-home renovations, along with specialized kitchen and bathroom remodels and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). This includes a wide range of trades such as plumbing, tile work, electrical systems, drywall installation, flooring, masonry, and framing.
We currently have a project underway in San Pedro and are looking for personnel available to travel to the site.
