Position: Touring Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced production specialist with deep knowledge in lighting, LED video, and live sound to head our national tour. The perfect candidate excels in rapid-paced touring settings, provides clear and confident leadership, and guarantees each event operates flawlessly from initial setup to the final performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the assembly and dismantling of a 72\' x 36\' performance stage.
• Manage all production components related to lighting, video, and audio.
• Operate or oversee the operation of:
  1. Avolites lighting console
  2. Resolume Arena for LED video wall
  3. JBL sound system via Mackie board
• Coordinate load-ins, cue calling, and real-time show modifications.
• Uphold rigorous standards for safety, signal flow, and timing.
• Maintain daily communication with Tour Operations, Event Directors, and Venue contacts.
• Ensure all technical elements are executed smoothly within strict deadlines.

Tour Commitment

• Must be available for weekend travel from January through July 2026.
• Accommodations and travel are arranged and provided by the national production team.
• Load-in typically occurs on Thursday, with show days running Friday through Sunday.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated background in live event or touring production (theater, dance, concerts).
• Solid practical understanding of DMX, signal flow, and LED wall control.
• Leadership experience in managing crews and resolving issues under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work extended hours.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

Bonus Skills

• Previous touring experience within dance or competitive events.
• Understanding of power distribution and stage rigging.
• Familiarity with LED wall pixel mapping and show calling.
