About This Job
We are seeking a candidate to perform a range of administrative tasks within a plumbing business. Responsibilities will include supporting daily office functions, handling telephone calls, coordinating appointments, managing dispatch logistics, entering data, and preparing standard documents such as reports, invoices, estimates, notices, and emails, as well as conducting research.
Requirements and Preferences
- Bilingual abilities are beneficial, with a preference for Spanish or Korean.
- Proficiency with computers is essential. Candidates must be capable of completing fundamental computer-based tasks.
- Prior office experience is required.
- Familiarity with plumbing is a significant asset, though not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a cooperative, dependable team member.
Additional Details
- Comprehensive on-site training will be offered.
- A 4-month (120-day) probationary period will be in place for full assessment.
- This is a full-time role. The starting wage, beginning at $20 or higher, will be determined based on relevant experience.
- A background check is required.
- Our office is situated in Van Nuys.
