Part-Time Paralegal with Litigation and Bankruptcy Experience (Remote / West LA)

Our compact yet dynamic legal practice is currently seeking an experienced paralegal with specific expertise in Los Angeles Superior Court procedures and filings. Candidates must also possess knowledge of Bankruptcy filing processes, including proficiency with the Pacer and ECF systems. The role involves providing trial preparation support, which encompasses tasks such as assembling trial binders for Superior Court cases, aiding in discovery, drafting standard pleadings, managing court filings, and preparing client invoices.

A successful candidate will be highly attentive to deadlines and capable of consistently meeting them. The initial commitment is for 10 to 20 hours per week. This opportunity holds the potential to develop into a long-term position. Remuneration will be commensurate with prevailing market rates.
