Skilled Construction Labor

About This Job

I own three multi-unit residential buildings containing approximately 100 studio and one-bedroom apartments. I am seeking an individual to perform renovation work within these units. I can consistently provide two days of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess their own set of tools. Compensation will be provided as a daily labor rate, and all necessary materials can be procured from Home Depot with costs covered by me.

Scope of Work

The required tasks encompass a variety of general repairs and updates, including but not limited to:

• Interior painting and wall patching
• Tile installation and repair
• Fixture and appliance installation
• Flooring repairs
• Cabinet repairs and refinishing
• Window repairs

Work Quality Expectations

I require high-quality finishes and meticulous workmanship. The work must be completed correctly and durably, not in a rushed, sloppy, or inexpensive manner merely to save time or cost.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This opportunity is not suited for large construction firms or general contractors with numerous projects across the city. I am specifically looking for an individual skilled tradesperson.
